this is a very good poem, so touching, and so very true, I to was in a relationship that had abuse. I lived that way for 20 years, until all my children were grown up and on there own, then did I leave and get a divorce, it took me to move out of state to get sway from him. and here I am 5 years later, doing great, I feel so good about my self.. I wish I would have done it sooner. keep up the good work.
