A writer uses whatever he/she make come across to get her creative juices going.
I surf many websites..seeking advise and seeking ideas from many sources.Sometimes, a quote or some kind of saying..hits home..or gets my creative juices moving..Here's a quote with no author behind it, I found on lablaugh.com..
The only way...
The only way you truly fail is to stop trying altogether.

I want to be a writer...but I get writer's block and stress..kills my creative sense..so I seek....Thank you

Hello Every Writer that is on here:

I am sorry for my absence for 9 months. A lot has happened to me and my family. I lost a sister to Covid on St. Patrick's Day. I lost a Godmother in June. So, my heart is very heavy. I started a new job in October so this October will be my 1 year anniversary. And now, for the first time in my entire life I start a shift 11pm till 7:30am nights. It is a must. I moved and I need to make sure I can get to and from to work. It will work out. My shift at work was being eliminated so I changed shifts a little sooner. For awhile, I was giving up on writing anything. I felt my words were going no where special. I hope to write more sooner.

What about October? You say.. Its another month of the calendar. Tenth month that is. It is when leaves fall from the trees to make ready for winter. The air starts to get chilly and you must wear a sweater. Anything in your garden that wasn't eaten is thrown out or canned. Pumpkin spice is in everything. Yuck! It means the busy holiday months is approaching. The end of the month is Devils night and Halloween for some. Fall has come and winter is knocking at the door.

Since March, I have learned that the pandemic has caused so much frustration for all. It is a very scary time for everyone. I am worried about everyone not only myself. I work with seniors and I watch how depressed they have gotten. It made them age faster. I wish I had a magic wand and erase all this madness away for them and for myself. Hopefully, this will make us smarter and stronger after it it all done and over with.

May is almost over. I thought, I could write something special, but I am loss for words again. I am thankful for friends and family. I am not gonna knock that. I am grateful for my so called health. And thankful for the employment I do have. What is next? Is a good question.

Happy New Years to all! Since September I have a new employment position. I work for a senior assisted living. I get to work with old people. Some people believe they are the hardest people to work for. Not really! I have good days and bad has their resident aide. I make their beds, give them showers, and plate their meals. I give them a lot of love I could have given to my grandparents or aunts and uncles that I could not for other reasons. I see this opportunity has a way to gain experience doing something I know nothing about. Thanks for sharing and Happy Writing Travels!

Someone said you can't pour from an empty cup. Well, I can understand that now. It is hard to have that frame of mind and heart when you just don't have it to give. Sad thing but it changes from day to day. I have good words to say some days and no money for many days but my cup is not empty then. I guess, i will keep trying to keep my cup half full of words so I don't feel so empty.

Hello Everyone! Spring in Michigan is almost like a new winter. I hate winter. I am still unemployed and trying very hard to find that perfect or close to perfect job. I dream of being my own boss and working from home like everyone but my bills and no money is very close to killing me. I am scared and running on empty.

This month I will try my best to write poetry and put one online here with Writing.com. I remember a real nice respiratory therapist who use to write poetry. I hope she is still writing poetry. I know a poet by the name of Mike and he writes real good poetry. Get your pencils, pens, or even crayons out and write a poem for April or for me!

Well, I am still waiting for Spring to happen in Michigan. I am depressed off and on and frustrated with my actions at times. I had another job in February had to quit it too. I put a week in and then the employer said your not fast enough. She was nice and I felt another week or two I would have gained speed. She wanted me to come back the following week to give her two more days just so she can find someone to take my place. That hurt! I sent a text and that was it. I need confidence like I was still in school. I am capable but I am feeling lost. Send me guidance!

Hello Fellow Bloggers and Writers:

I am happy December is ending and A New Year is starting. I need to start a new me. I had a job for two months then lost it, because a sinus head cold. When your brand new on a job you can't call in a lot or call in sick for more then 2 days. Well, that is okay by me, I needed the rest to get well. Starting in January, I hope to find a job I can keep. It might not be the job I want but at least it will pay my bills. Thanks for listening and reading. Happy writing trails.
