History of Pancho and Other useless Information
"Don't let it end this way, tell them I said something" were reportedly the last words Pancho ever breathed
,as the assassin was swiftly ending Pancho's life. I hope to show others that Pancho didn't die in vain.
Born Jun 5, 1878, his mother named him Jose Doroteo Arango Arambula. He was born in La Coyotada, San Juan del Rio, Durango Mexico. He died July 20, 1923 at only 45 years of age.His people called him Fransisco "Pancho" Villa, El Centauro del Norte. (The Centaur of the North) Pancho is buried in Mexico City, at the Monument to the Revolution. His rank of General of Mexico in the antireectionista revolutionary forces is what had eventually gotten him killed.

The common term of plate tectonics, is responsible for environment and climate changes across the globe. One super continent called Pangea once existed, surrounded by super ocean.

All the Earths landmass breaking apart, shifting across the globe this way or that. The earth still moves today.

Do you remember the time it never rained? I certainly do. Growing up in West Texas in a drought and a dust bowl. Today we have trees and grass and standing water. Not some sort of bush and desert foliage. I believe that my part of the country has moved into a different geologic zone.

As a kid, we had no white tail deer in Midland County. Ferrell Hogs were rare. Are these animals here today because of the change in the Earth, or are they here because of their own over population. I feel like they migrated as the food source became prevalent due to the shifting continents.

Just as people once crossed the great Pangea. On their way to new hunting ground. Thus populating the Earth's many geographic regoins.

Worked hard today, and now taking a moment to relax and reflect. My Romeo y Julieta 1875 cigar hit the spot. The music of Tom Russell making me think.

God Created the Heaven and Earth. All things are of Him. I often talk to the birds, the cattle, I love the sounds of Los Coyotes howling at a moon. Perhaps even Coyotes pray to the heavens too.

The winds and the clouds. That big ol lazy sun rolling around heaven all day.

Solar energy. Tomorrow the moon will slip into the path of the sunlight before it reaches the earth. Causing eclipse. The life cycle depends on the sun, but the oceans depend on the moons gravity. These celestial bodies warring every day and every night is an awesome thought.

God knows what He is doing, I think I will let Him.

The wind is old but it still blows and these old windmills keep on turning.

The sun rose again this morning, since the beginning of time. How long has this fireball danced across the sky?

"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf" - John Kabat-Zin

Socrates said "The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new"

"It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change" - Charles Darwin

It is up to me to change myself. No one can make that decision for me. When I change for the better, my world gets better. Change is not going to be easy but it is going to be necessary for me to find my happiness.

“If there is no justice for the people, let there be no peace for the government.”- ZAPATA.

What's Wrong with my Beloved country the USA today? There is no one alive today that was a slave, nor has anyone ever owned slaves.

Race Wars and Violence must be stopped. The principles that this nation was founded upon such as freedom and liberty are being taken from us.

I am not opposed to anyone else's beliefs, but I feel like there are many who are opposed to mine.

Let's all just agree to disagree.

As of this morning at 7am Central Time, I am the proud granddaddy of 9 grand dogs. My mama dog Bella had her pups last night and on into early morn.

I'm not sure of her history with whelping, as she was a stray we rescued. In my opinion she handled the birthing like an old pro. I was amazed how those motherly instincts kicked in and she was able to clean, and care for the pups while still pushing laboriously on the others still in the birth canal.

My favorite one so far is a Red and White female. Her markings remind me of that of a Border Collie.Borders have always been my favorite dog breed. As I have no idea what her father actually is, nor what Bella's entire makeup is, I'm not sure if she is actually a collie or not.

A few years ago, all the Border Collies in a sheepdog trial would have been black and white or tricolor. Now, increasingly, there are red ones out there. The public is surprised: "I thought Border Collies were black!" and the old timers are scornful, or at least apologetic: "He was the last one in the litter; I couldn't help it." How do these red dogs happen, and why are there, apparently suddenly, so many more of them?

The red Border Collie, like the chestnut horse, is the result of a recessive gene pair. As you may remember, genes are always present in pairs, one inherited from the mother, one from the father. The two members of the pair may be alike, or they may be different. If they are different, one is expressed in the animal; this is the "dominant" member. The other member of the pair, the "recessive," is not evident in the animal itself, but may be passed on to later generations. If two of these recessives meet in an individual, their version of the trait will be expressed.

Jennifer expressed interest in keeping one of the pups. The Red is my choice, of course I'm not certain on Day one if this is the one we shall choose.

I will keep you updated.

My dog is pregnant and seems to be in labor. Guess that makes me a grandpa!

She was just a stray mutt, I think she is part Heeler and part something else. She is such a sweet dog. I feel helpless watching her. She seems a little disoriented and the "nesting" has begun.

Have you ever watched the ants crawling across the ground? I've laid on my belly and smashed them with a hammer as they climbed out of their hole.

Red ants Red ants dead ants.

As a kid I used to capture red and black ants and place them in a jar and watch them as they fought to the death for a territory that wasn't their's to begin with.

The fire ants are the worst. Their sting like poison sends pain through my body. 1000 bee stings could feel better. They leave little pustules like pimples. Bleach soothes the pain.

I've felt guilty for killing ants. Stomp them and smash them for no reason at all.

Dead ants Red ants on my driveway.

Why did the dinosaurs go extinct and not the ant?

After nuclear war I believe the earth will still be populated by ants and cockroaches.

Soooo this blog started out to be about Pancho Villa, but now it's a little about me. Day to Day. What should I write about? I wanted to write the great western novel and now I feel sort of stuck.

What motivates a good writer?

I like to read and study the History and the Culture of the south west, particularly the great state of TEXAS.

The gunfighters, The cavalry, The Indians and The great Military Leaders all help shape this state. Do you remember the story of the Alamo? Of Sam Houston slaying Santa Anna at the battle of San Jacinto?

Oilmen, Cattlemen, Cotton farmers.

Politicians, Athletes, and Priests.

Cowboys and City Slicks.

It's been pretty hectic around here the last few days. Overall my life is good, just hit some rough patches and received some unsettling news via Facebook the other night. I learned a young lady I knew had been killed due to a Domestic Violence. Another girl was placed on Hospice and passed shortly after. Someone was also robbed and shot near my house.

I have emotions today and I feel for the families of the deceased. I have heartfelt prayers for all involved.

I am grateful for my support system. Jennifer has been affected to by everything, but I feel like we are staying strong together, and that has drawn us closer. Many talks about our fears, and struggles. It brought some feelings out for others who I haven't thought of in some time. In conversation I remembered my aunt Marie, and my Uncle Zackie.

Sometimes I feel like life isn't fair, but I believe in God's plan for my life. For the world.

I am falling in love with Jennifer all over again. I want her to be the one I spend my forever with. I love kissing her goodnight and the feeling I get waking up to her each day. She is definitely a gift that God has given me to show me unconditional love. She has changed me, and began to open my mind to new ideas and allowing me to improve myself.

Life is good. I am blessed. I miss my friends but I am grateful for Jennifer's love and hand in my life.

I was trying to add an entry to my blog earlier and for some reason, a missed keystroke? Poof the whole entry had disappeared

I was researching more on the subject of General Pershing. John Joseph Black Jack Pershing. Indian Fighter, War hero, Pancho Villa Hunting Black Jack Pershing.

Add Muslim Killer to his resume. Legend has it that while Black Jack was in command of the soldiers in South East Asia at the Philippines He captured 50 Muslims, and had all but one of them executed.

There were many terrorist acts towards the soldiers under Pershing's command by Muslim extremists back in the early 1900s even before the first World War. Pershing knew about the Muslims being taught that to die as a martyr they would go to heaven and receive virgins and gifts and such, BUT if the Muslims died against their code and values all the gifts wouldn't be attained.

Black Jack dipped his bullets in pig's blood before executing these terrorists. Pork was believed to be a very filthy animal and a muslim couldn't touch eat or be a part of anything pig like, including the blood of the swine.

Black Jack had all the men but one executed so that he could go back and relay the message. Mess with the USA your ticket to paradise is as good as cancelled. It worked, after that there were no more attacks on US troops.

Black Jack may not have completed his mission to kill Pancho Villa, but he did figure out how to stop terrorism. Even if only for a little while.
