Life isn't what we imagined as children...
Have you ever woken up and realized your life isn't what you planned it to be?
There is a saying that goes like: Things don't always go as planned.
And that is exactly how my life has turned out to be. As a child I always pictured myself as a successful woman by age 25.
Well, guess what? I am too close to being 25 and i am no where near how I wanted to be.
Life forced me to start working at a young age and leave high school. At age 17 I was out of high school getting my GED, working full time as a cashier. At 18, I was living with my boyfriend which I am with till this point.
Now at 22, we both work all day and barely have time to decide weather we will go to school or not. I know we are both young and have a life ahead of us, that's what everyone says. Truth is no one knows what will happen tomorrow. The only thing we can be sure of is that we have TODAY and have to make the best of it.
