Tick Tock Tick
Time

Time, our greatest enemy,
A spirit, a force, an entity;
Gnaws on iron and bites steel;
The maker of dust and stones to meal;
Chipping, Chipping all life away;
Bringer of chaos and depression,
Leading us away from the Mission.

Time, our greatest friend and foe
That one has ever come to know.
Teacher of men and the ager of wine;
Helper of sick and makes the soul divine;
Mender of hearts divided and helps the runner compete;
Making, making Life's never-ending trails complete.
Time may be a slayer of lives and humble abodes;
Bringing endless snares and woes,
But Time, who dost know;
He is the rail as we travel Home.
