A poem of... beauty... that has a tale of love and its sweetest of sorrowful partings...
Under The Blossom Tree
by: DT
My love,
As I lie here under the blossom tree with you,
Do you remember what I’d do when you slept silently?

Sometimes,
I would place a flower on your hair and I would rest
I would then seek your caress and whisper lovingly

If we close our eyes together,
Would we wake up holding hands?
If we close our eyes together,
Would we stay here till the end?

My love,
I have been taken away from my refuge here with you,
The only thing that I could do was hope you’d wait for me

Somehow,
Under the blossom tree our love has just begun to bloom
By that new life I swear to you, my love burns endlessly

Even though the blossoms wither,
someday things will be the same.
Even though the blossoms wither,
somehow love will find the way.

My love,
It’s been a long time but at last I found my way to you
I’ll be returning to you soon, under the blossom tree

My love,
I’m at a loss for words for when I found our blossom tree
The only thing that I could see will last eternally

The only thing that lingered
was a blossom tree and rain.
The only thing that lingered
was a statue and a grave.
