A lonely night on a country road
August 2:20am

The night is breathing soft and warm
Windows down and driving slow
Breeze rain-sweet from a far off storm
Love songs on the radio

Imagining a different choice
Dreaming of a distant place
Wishing just to hear your voice
Longing just to touch your face
