Spring

"Spring"

A time of new,
A time of change.
But why do I
Remain the same?

The sun will shine,
Flowers will bloom.
But why do I
Feel such gloom?

Butterflies dance,
Birds will sing.
But why does this
Keep happening?

Animals return,
warmth will come.
But why does
It still leave me numb?

Even though spring
Is new,
Every year I
Always remain blue.
