BE MINDFUL: In order to be calm under pressure you need to become more mindful and more
centered and focus for the issues at hand ratherthan bothering youself about future. That

parcels of life , and we can't avoid them totally. When under pressure remove yourself
from the situation temporarily, under such situations we need time and space to think
about the possibilities of moving ahead and finding ways to solve the problem.

Having removed yourself from the situation find the answers to these questions:

1.why am i suddenly feeling pressured?
2.what has triggered my feelings?
3.What has ruffled my emotion?
4 Am I seeing the things clear?ly
5 Am I interpreting the situation correctly.?


Further more questions:

What is not important or relevant here?
What is most important and why?
where must I begin to get through the situation successfully?


Answer to the question above will make it easy for you to find the way.

5. ALWAYS BE ATTENTIVE:Pay attention to the details of the issue when under pressure.
It is within the details only you will find the answer and opportunities to move
yourself further. Be attentive to little things, to your behaviors , and the
behaviors of others too. Circumstance and other external things around you
The more attentive you are , the more you will pick up

6. USE EMPOWERING LANGUAGE: The more empowering language you use to talk to yourselves
during the situation the more it will help you to calm down uner the situation

I am focused
Using these languages you feel centered calm and in control of yourself. This will make you take sound decision for moving forward under the situation.

others or circumstances and also overanalayzing the situation, getting into many details
