Losing a mother
They have no idea
How much it broke me when you left
Never thought of what id do
After your death
Wish you knew how much i miss you
And how much i long to hear your soothing voice
Wish youd come back just so i could say goodbye
Wish you were around so i could cry on your shoulders
And pour my heart out
They have no idea
That with your loss a new feeling was introduced
Emptiness it was called
And i learned with time that there was nothing that could fill in the void
Oh how i long to see you smile
Just one last time
A smile, that assured me that everything was going to be alright
But that was all a lie
Because the moment you left
My entire life was shattered to pieces
Right before my eyes
Wish you couldve warned me
That life after you was simply meaningless
And i would be so helpless
It was all a lie
Here i am
Accepting the fact that your death has sealed my life
Here i am
waiting for my life to end
So i can see you and be able to live again
