The BOP Form of Poetry
I find that dieting is a hard thing to do.
A problem that tends to haunt you your whole life through.
Fad diets, exercise routines, dance steps and more,
never seem to do the trick, only make you sore.
What should one do then, to obtain a slim physique?
I have a few good ideas, let’s take a peek.

Think about your body each time you take a bite.

Birthday parties, holidays, always tempt your taste,
Even though it looks good, it will expand your waist.
The office doughnuts seem to appear every day,
If you want to feel your best, you must stay away.
Fast food dives are the worst because they’re quick and fast,
If you stop too often, your diet will not last.
Please take a second look before you eat your food.
Calories in some things is certainly absurd.

Think about your body each time you take a bite.

Whenever you are hungry, don’t go to the store,
Eat first, then relax, before you open the door.
Take a little walk each day, to relax your mind,
It’s helpful for your soul, and great for your behind.
Think twice before you take that nasty little bite,
It takes will power if you want to get it right.

Think about your body each time you take a bite.
