Summary of this Book...
"The Fairies know who she is." The stories her aunt had told her were only fairy tales; at least that's what Elizabeth believed until she took her son to her aunt's house to remember her past, before the brain tumor killed her. But when she found the butterflies, they showed her that the stories were true. Elizabeth was destined to be queen in a world where unicorns and fairies exist. With the discovery of her true destiny, Elizabeth must now unite the people in that other world to stop Baron Priam from taking the Kingdom over, and she must find a suitable King to rule in her place before the tumor in her head kills her.
This type of Book is good for...

I especially liked...

The author of this Book...

It is simply awesome!
Further Comments...
** spoiler alert ** I received the book in exchange for an honest review, directly from the author.

The idea is very good, it was very very different from what I had expected, and the concept of a double spy was awesome and dangerous. A woman who had cancer and she found another world, one she felt she belonged to and found her love there, was a perfect and unique idea! It was especially amazing and it brought tears to my eyes when I read the unicorns has cured her cancer :')

When Lucan asks Elizabeth why she hasn't told the grandfather yet and she says, "What are you talking about?" Even though I know what he meant.

What did he mean? How they were meeting with each other secretly or that he didn't do anything to stop the guys from touching her at the night activities during autumn celebration?

My aunt’s voice whispered in my mind, bringing
her bedtime stories back. “My aunt told me stories like that when I was a kid, but they were just Fairy tales.”
“Fairies do not have tails,” he said with
puzzlement in his voice.

I laughed reading this, it was very cute and it demonstrated how different the people were.

The characterization was very, very good. I loved each of the character individually and if I were to choose some of my favourites then: Lucan, Gorm, and Lizzy.

The way Gorm used to call Lucan 'rat.' xD I loved how Gorm and Lizzy became very good friends and then there was the matter of their marriage that came and you showed perfectly how it affected Lucan without him realizing what had been happening. Gorm and Lizzy were great friends and it worked well with the reader. Thank God, they were not married though, because the readers and the characters, both, knew that it wouldn't work out that way.

Poor Lizzy though, how everyone had started looking at her differently, only because everyone knew how she was looking for a suitor.

If I had read some other novel how quickly the attraction grew between the two characters, I would have refused to believe and would have criticized it, however, the way you have done it, it's perfect! It seems incomplete and unfulfilled but then the reader is satisfied, well done you!

You got the readers get emotionally attached to Lucan and Lizzy and Runa. I am glad to see how the fairies' gift came to use and they could both conceive *Bigsmile*. Lucan was my favourite character because of his history, his nature and ancestry.

This was simply beautiful!

Another place where I laughed

"He is not a rat. He's an asshole."
"I do not understand. How can he be an ass in a hole?"
I started to laugh and it felt good. "Not an ass in a hole, an asshole."
"What is an asshole?" Gorm chuckled.
One of the horses that pulled the wagon timed it perfectly and lifted its tail. "That is an asshole," I giggled, pointing.
The entire wagon started to move as Gorm laughed. "That is Lucan," he wailed as the house farted and started to poop. "Full of hot air and dung! I am never going to look at another horse the same way again," Gorm laughed.

I loved Zarek's and Lizzy's small jokes and especially the one where she mentions how she is an all-man girl! XDD

"So your gift has limits?" I asked.
"Yes," he growled. "And you test those limits every day."

I know this was supposed to be very serious but I couldn't help laughing when Gorm said how Marcus was going to stick his head on a pole right at the front door of the castle.

I felt very sad how they both kissed and spent time together and then Lucan declared how he would leave in the spring, that broke my heart :'( Though I did love how she stood up for Lucan when she asked him to cauterize the horse's wound.

When I read about Rastus, OMG! That is so amazing but my sixth sense says that he is doing this to get his advantage, like make her talk to fairies for her, discover and steal their magic etc and when I read how he had used the ring, I knew it! Darn Rastus!

My favourite part of the entire story was how Grandfather told her that Lucan was still alive and she went to meet him and Grandfather saw how she could touch him without turning into ash. It was so romantic and so emotional, especially when she said she hated both of them.

Another one of my favourite scene was how Grandfather and Alma's secret came to be known to Lizzy and how she laughed, I did too! XD

Oh dear how I laughed when Gorm said his children and Lizzy's children would pull Zarek's tail XD

In the end, I would like to say that this was an amazing book with a beautiful and unique idea! LOVED IT!
