Does this poll create a paradox?

If I asked you which of the numbers 1 to 5 should be the first choice of this poll, most likely the number "1" would win and be the first choice.

But what if I ask you which number will be the second choice? If everyone chooses "2" then 2 will end up being the first choice instead of the second choice.
