Okay, then, yes, you must create a new group with just you and her in it.
It doesn't. Creating the group and putting her in it does not give her edit rights to anything.
To finish the process, go back and read my first post, where I gave you directions to do TWO things, and do the second one. "Re: granting admin rights to my contest" by Past Member 'northernwrites'
