Yeah, that often happens to me too, when I'm thinking about stories, and I can't get to sleep. One suggestion is reading for about 30 minutes in bed, which can make you a little sleepy. It may help, it may not. It depends on who you are-since it may make you tired and fall asleep, or it may keep you up longer. I hope this suggestions helps, and you get more sleep!
