The records show that you had an Upgraded membership that expired 09-15-2016, and that what you purchased most recently was a Basic membership that expires 03-15-2018.

The site hasn't changed anything with membership levels.

User error in the purchase process is possible.

You will not be able to use your 3 Book items with a Basic membership, and you have too many Static items for a Basic membership. The items in your Recycle Bin will still count against your item allotment until you purge the Bin.
