Noticing Newbies

Good afternoon!

I'm a new member who would love to get stuck in to NaNoWriMo next month and stumbled across writing.com in the process of preparation. What a treasure trove I have found!

Let me introduce myself. I am Gem, I'm 30 years old, manage a bookshop and spend the few hours of spare time I do get reading. Other than collecting books, I ride motorbikes, go skiing and enjoy walking.

I'd love to expand my writing portfolio and I'm looking for writing challenges and ways to really get stuck into next month's NaNoWriMo. I also enjoy doing r&ring.
