That would depend on where the image file is now -- an attachment in your email -- click on the attached file name to open the file for viewing, then right click and choose the browser's Save As option, or follow the download procedure for your offsite email. online on a site for free-to-use images -- follow the site's download procedure or use your browser's right-click Save As option. stored on your camera -- follow the directions that came with the camera software, or the default option provided by your computer's OS. something you created with image software -- follow the save file procedure for the image software, saving it in one of the three approved formats to upload here.
