So this week was mixed. I missed one day of mindfulness but I did it all the other days. I stuck to the reviewing and I have done 10 each day. I lost inspiration for my book (sadface) and didn't write anything for two days, and when I did it was very forced and not well written. However I have picked up again today and I wrote a chapter! yay!
Lastly I have been able to get up earlier this week. I still have trouble sleeping on time but I am still getting up early. It gives me more time to do things.
