I'm just down one pound. There are just too many temptations showing up in the kitchen.
The walking only happened once. Blame it on the persistent north wind howling.
I woke too hungry to do my morning stretches.
And completely forgot about trying a recipe out of the detox book.
However, I did put a new dish together, healthy, even though it doesn't fit the detox file.
I did a mushroom and barley pilaf in the pan, which Sam loved because it browned all the ingredients.
We did get together for a family dinner.
Though I went through my closet and cleared out some I haven't worn all winter, others just seemed to find a reason to linger still.
The blogging happened, as did the reviews. Though the reviews didn't happen daily, they averaged one a day.
I also wrote an article and added it to my portfolio. Unplanned, but still a good feeling. And I've got another almost completed.
Looks like I've got to apply some extra discipline to next week's goals.
